Refund & Dispute Policy
Effective Date: October 10, 2025
Refunds
- Clients may request a refund if a Provider fails to complete a confirmed task.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the scheduled completion.
- Completed work is generally non-refundable unless verified service issues occur.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
Disputes
Send details and supporting information to contact@citycomfortable.com. We review both parties and issue refunds or credits where appropriate.
Processing Time
Refunds appear within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
