City Comfortable LLC (“City Comfortable”) connects people who need local help (“Clients”) with independent service providers (“Providers”). We are not the employer of Providers and do not guarantee outcomes.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use City Comfortable lawfully and responsibly. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or violations.

3. Payments

Payments are handled through Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Fees, charges, and payouts are managed securely through Stripe’s system.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

5. Limitation of Liability

City Comfortable is not responsible for losses or disputes between Clients and Providers. Use the platform at your own discretion.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms as needed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the latest version.
